SUBJECT:Revised Worklist/Event Matrix-2003
The Worklist/Event Matrix is a reference for all KASES’ users. It identifies all valid worklist and
event items, priority and tickler days assigned to a worklist and or event; indicates whether
a worklist and or event is system or self generated; and identifies the action causing the
generation of a worklist and or event.
The Worklist/Event Matrix has been revised to include worklist and event codes that have
been added to production since the last update of the matrix, and to remove invalid codes that
were entered in error or are no longer used on KASES.
The following system generated worklist and or event codes have been added to the
Worklist/Event Matrix. An E and W at the end of the code description indicates whether the
item is an event and or a worklist item. A T indicates tickler days assigned to the worklist
item.

The following event and event items were removed as invalid codes from the Worklist/Event
Matrix.

The above CS27 event was included in the Event File on KASES and the Matrix in error. The
Contracting Officials’ Employees’ Time Allocation Summary (CS-27) is manually completed
and is not on KASES.
The JCAA worklist was included in the Matrix but not in the Event File. The JCAA worklist was
never used by the interface programs because it was decided not to allow JCAO programs to
change the IVA number on the KASES case.
The description for the C122, STATE TAX INTERCEPT NOTICE, has been changed to read
ADVANCE COLLECTION NOTICE. The Advance Notice of Intent to Collect Past-Due
Support (CS-122) is used to notify a noncustodial parent or obligor that his or her
name is being referred to the United States Department of Treasury, Kentucky Revenue
Cabinet, Kentucky Lottery Corporation, and Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet for
collection of past-due support.
THIS TRANSMITTAL LETTER IS TO BE SAVED AND FILED FOR FUTURE REFERENCE AS IT EXPLAINS CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE KASES HANDBOOK.
