Passover Registration & Hotel Reservation Information:
How to Register for the Passover:
· Please Email:
· In the email you MUST INCLUDE:
· Government name of yourself and/or those attending (of your household)
· Hebrew name (if you have one) of yourself and/or those attending of your household
· Name(s) of child(ren)
· Age(s) of child(ren)
· State (and/or City)
· IUIC Contact (The name of the Leadership set over your country, state or city)
Dress Code:
· Fringes with a border of blue
· White and Gold
o Garments will not be made this year so you will have to contact New York leadership for the garment pattern and get it made yourself.
Passover Fees & Registration:
· You MUST register by email and receive confirmation of your registration in order to be fully registered.
· You can only send in your registration fees IF you have received confirmation of your Passover registration FIRST!
· Send your fees, once email confirmation of registration is received, to this Paypal:
· The fees are as follows:
o Single= $100.00
§ Meaning one adult 18 years of age or older
§ Children under five years old do not count (they are free)
o Couple= $200.00
§ A man and wife
§ Single parent with a child over five years old
§ Children under five years old do not count (they are free)
o Family=$300.00
§ Husband and wife with one or more children between the ages of 5-17 years of age.
§ Children 18 years and up must pay the single rate because they are considered adult rate.
§ Children under five years do not count (they are free)
o No partial payments allowed! MUST PAY IN FULL! (we cannot keep track of payments being made if done in instalments)
o No payments will be accepted before registration is confirmed by email FIRST!! Money will be fully refunded if this is done.
o No money to be paid at the door at Passover! Don’t pay for the Hotel and then pay the fee that day!
Hotel Registration/Reservation and Fee:
o The hotel conference room where the Passover event will be held seats 700 people ONLY! Register early to be given priority and pay your fees and reserve your hotel rooms in advance to be counted in that number!

· You must reserve your Hotel rooms by calling this number.
§ Reserve/Register your hotel rooms under: Israel United In Christ
· Do this to qualify for the group rate at the hotel
· The group rate is valid from Monday, March 30, 2015 – Tuesday, April 7, 2015 (so make your reservation for within this time block)
§ The rate/fee per night (with the group rate above) is $97.00+tax
· This is for a queen sized, double bed room
· Must reserve with credit card. Card will not be charged till you arrive at the hotel and pay manual by cash or credit.
· Check-in begins at 4 p.m. the day of your arrival date (if you check-in earlier there will be a fee charged to you)
· The reservation for the room may be cancelled without charge if done 72 hours before the arrival date or you will be charged the cost of one night at the group rate reserved.
· DO NOT TRY TO GROUP UP IN ROOMS!!! We have a great rate so everyone can afford it and make sure we set a good image for ourselves with the Hotel!
· We MUST fill a certain number of rooms to qualify for our discount so please book your rooms accordingly!
The Passover Event:
The event for Passover is for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
· Thursday is the Meet and Greet
· Friday is the Passover Celebration
· Saturday is Sabbath class and Closing Party
· You may check-in to the hotel 3 days before these days and check out 3 days after the closing event.
o Those who cannot attend Passover but would like to Donate to IUIC Passover to: and write in the comments section “Donation” and include your name as well so it is known who sent the donation.
