/ The meeting was called to order on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 4:03pm in the meeting room of the Elko County Library with Lane Diedrichsen presiding.

Attendance

/ Russ Orr, Lane Diedrichsen, Wendy McClure-Porter, and Laura Oki were present. Commissioner Cliff Eklund and Lynne Volpi were unable to attend. Library Director Jeanette M. Hammons was present. Audience: None

/ Okimotioned to approve the May 19, 2015 minutes with a second byMcClure-Porter.Unanimous, Diedrichsenvoted aye. Motion carried.

Claims

/ Oki motioned to approve the claims from 5/26/15 and 6/9/15with a second byOrr. Unanimous, Diedrichsen voted aye. Motion carried.

Facilities
Elko: Cunningham Carpet Cleaning cleaned all the carpets in the public areas.
Jackpot:We will be rekeying the library to avoid any issues of keys being out and no accounting of them.
Services
Operation Paperbacks
Partnering with ERO (Elburz, Ryndon, Osino) 4H Club in collecting paperbacks for the troops. All genres but “romance” will be accepted. Books will be boxed up and sent to the troops on July 11.
