$100 deposit required to hold the room

Minimum # of guests = 15

Rental Fee: No rental fee if 15+ guests present

Must spend a minimum of $500, any less and we will have to make up the difference (not including A/V costs)

Audio/Vidual Costs:

Microphone and screen: $45

Microphone, screen and projector: $100

We can bring our own

Dinners include: linens, bruschetta, bread/butter, salad, main entrée, dessert, and soft drink/coffee/iced tea

Each person can open their own tab for wine or other drinks

Can select our own menu with up to three meal choices for restaurant to take orders during event

Must give three days notice for meal choice and number of attendees.

Pricing Strategies
We have depleted petty cash funds. Each meeting has been costing more. We are only making a small profit each month.

Since we gross less than $5,000, we don’t have to do an e-postcard. Our account with the IRS was still setup under Dan Manson. Sue updated our contact information to reflect international chapter and it takes 6 weeks to process these changes with the IRS. She really needs to get a hold of Dan Manson and has enlisted Gary’s assistance.
