Arrivals
From 2:00 pm – Check in at the hotel Matrioshka, Teatralny Proezd,3, bld.3, Moscow
5:00 pm – Delegates meet at the Hotel lobby to walk to the venue of the Welcome dinner
5:00 – 6:00 pm – Dinner at the Mu-Mu café (Rozhdestvenka street 5/7)
6: 30 pm – Meeting at the Hotel lobby
7:00 pm – Moscow by Night bus tour (duration 3 hours) – warm clothing and shoes are a must!
Wednesday, January 27th, Day 2nd
10:30 am – 1:30 pm - Trainings for student companies at JA Russia’s partners’ offices
3:00 pm – 6:00 pm - Young Entrepreneurs Round Table & Networking at the Civic Chamber of Russia, 7/1, Miusskaya sq., Moscow, Russia
Thursday, January 28th , Day 3rd
8:30 am 1-2 person(s) per student company meet at the hotel lobby with companies’ products and other materials to be delivered at the Trade Fair venue
9:00 – All delegates meet at the hotel lobby to depart to the Trade Fair venue by underground
9:40 am– Arrival at the trade fair venue – World Trade Centre, Moscow, Kransnopresnenskaya Embankment, 12 http://en.wtcmoscow.ru/
1:00 – 2:00 pm – Lunch
6:00 – 7:00 pm – Award dinner

Notes:
Visa
All delegates will need to apply for visas at the Embassies of the Russian Federation in your respective countries. You will find the information regarding the visa application process on the Embassies’ websites.
Our partner – the Civic Chamber of Russia will provide the letters of invitation which will significantly simplify the visas process.
As soon as we hear from you re: your plans of attendance, we’ll be in touch regarding what we need to prepare and send you the letters of invitation. Please, let us know at your earliest convenience – getting visas is a time consuming process.
Language
The working language of the event is Russian, however JA Russia’s volunteers will help teams with translation and getting around.
Agenda
The Trade Fair Agenda includes 3 days
1. Participants will meet at the Welcome Dinner on January 26th and will go for the bus tour same day – both events are covered by JA Russia
2. January 27th – teams are invited to attend all scheduled events, however, if they decide to spend this day sightseeing we’ll understand completely! Just let us know in advance.
a. Morning is dedicated to trainings hosted by our partners at their offices – it’s up to you and teams you delegate to decide if they’d like to attend.
b. In the afternoon Civic Chamber of Russia will host a Young Entrepreneurs roundtable and networking – your teams are most welcome, it’s up to you and teams you delegate to decide if they’d like to attend.
c. A buffet lunch will be provided before the round table at the Civic Chamber at 3 pm. Dinner is on your own.
3. January 28th
Trade Fair will take place at the World Trade Centre, Moscow. Buffet lunch and dinner will be served there. Trade Fair details will be provided shortly.
Matrioshka Hotel
Trade Fair participants will stay at the Matrioshka hotel – a very-very modest one, but located virtually next door to the Red Square, the Kremlin and many other most famous attractions. Students will be accommodated at double rooms, adults – at single rooms. JA Russia will pay for teams’ accommodation for 3 nights Jan 26th – Jan 28th. Breakfast is included. Check in time is 2:00 pm, Check out time – 12:00 pm. Hotel Location
The hotel has a superb central location within comfortable walking distance of the Moscow Kremlin, Red Square, the Bolshoi Theater, and other major tourist attractions. The nearest streets, like Kuznetsky Most, Petrovka, Tverskaya, provide excellent opportunities for sightseeing. For instance, on Ulitsa Petrovka, at the northern end of the street you can visit the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, http://www.mmoma.ru/en/about/ which is worth visiting for its collection of Russian avant garde art from the 1910s and 1920s. You may walk to Red Square, Moscow State Historical Museum and Moscow Kremlin (Kutafya Tower leads to the main visitor entrance of the Kremlin) http://www.kreml.ru/en/
How to get to the Hotel
Depending on your flights and airlines you’ll be coming to one of the following Moscow airports: Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo or Vnukovo. The best way to travel from both airports is by Aeroexpress trains https://www.aeroexpress.ru/en that will bring you to the Moscow downtown. Further directions will be provided after we hear from you re: your plans and details.
Moscow Metro (Underground)
Moscow Metro is the fastest and most convenient way to navigate around Moscow, and the Trade Fair participants will be taking Metro to get to and from the Trade Fair venue, as well as to attend other events included in the Agenda. Participants will buy tickets on their own - we suggest to buy tickets for several trips. Our volunteers will help you with this task.
Money
National currency is rouble. Check exchange rate in advance of your trip. Mind the actual amount can be slightly different due to commission. Many places accept card payment, but not all, so it is helpful to have some cash, especially for student companies (to have change at the trade fair while selling their products)
Weather
Make sure you have warm clothing and shoes – it might be cold in Moscow end of January
