A) INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPI would like to join TheBusiness NetworkManchester.If accepted please invoice me for £365:00 plus vat (£438.00) to cover my first year’s membership, running from next month for twelve months (lunches charged separately).
B)I agree and commit to make a combined payment of £61.25 plus vat (£73.50) per month, for twelve months, to cover both my membership and my lunches (payment by Standing Order).
