Terms of Application and Exhibition Rules & Regulations
Hereinafter referred to as the Exhibitor, and Shanghai Ying Zhan Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the Organizer. The Exhibitor agrees to comply with the terms contained as follows as the formal contract for 2016 International Surface Finishing Exhibition.
The Exhibitor agrees to abide by the Terms of Application and Exhibition Rules & Regulations set out by the Organizer. The Application Form, Guide to Participation and Exhibitor Manual are regarded as part of this Contract.
1.The Exhibitor ensures that the exhibit(s) or service be directly pertinent to the function or industry represented by the exhibition described above and will obtain the Organizer’s consent.
2.Once the booth(s) is/(are) confirmed, the Contract and Invoice will be sent to the Exhibitor via fax or email. 100% of the fee must be sent by T/T within 5 working days. Becomes effective upon acceptance by the Organizer. Acknowledgment of acceptance will be sent by email or fax. Applications without accompanying payment are invalid and void. Booth(s) is/(are) only reserved with acknowledgment of an accepted contract by the Organizer.
3. Deposits are not refundable or transferable.
4. If all booth payments are made, and cancellation before Aug. 15th 2016, 50% of total booth fees are refundable, no refund after Aug. 15th 2016.
6. The Exhibitor agrees to abide by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to trademarks and copyright infringement. Piracy and unlawful copying are prohibited.
7. The organizer reserves the right to refuse an booth application, and reserves the right of final decision on booth allocation and other exhibition relevant arrangements.
8. The Exhibitor is prohibited to transfer, sublease or exchange the allotted booth(s) to other parties.
