PROFILE OF AIM MISSIONARY

Evidences of the following characteristics will be seen in the member on joining the mission and will be constantly nurtured and developed through their time with AIM
1. Godly living
- Grows in godliness and spiritual vitality
- Studies the Bible consistently and fruitfully
- Develops a life of prayer which isintegral to life
- Plants “hedges” which promote moral purity
- Shows the Lord Jesus by evident godliness
- Lives exemplarily and ethically, without reproach
- Exemplifies the attitude of a servant
- Interpersonal Relationships
- Encourages, listensto, helps and appreciates others
- Willing to look out for others’ interests as well as own
- Forgives and asks forgiveness
- Manages conflict well
- Shows flexibilityand willingness to try new ways
- Works well in a team setting
- Respects and values the roles of leadership
- Relates well with others, including those of the opposite gender, leaders and employees.
