Welcome to one of the most scenic golf courses in Britain, with beautiful views of the surrounding Shropshire hills (designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).The Victorians called Church Stretton "little Switzerland" and with its alpine like hills and valleys it is easy to see why.

The golf course was established in 1898 and has been improved over the last century, to a full and exhilarating 18 holes. The course benefits from its free draining soil and springy turf, and we are able to open all year round with dry fairways, there are never any temporary tees or greens.

No two holes are alike with the course providing variety, some surprises and no little excitement! We pride ourselves that we are a very friendly club and look forward to showing you our Shropshire hospitality at our very special golf course.

Directions
From the North
Follow the A49 south from Shrewsbury. On reaching the traffic lights in Church Stretton, turn right towards the town and go over the railway bridge. Travel to the end of the high street (Sandford Avenue) and turn right at the T Junction (Lloyds Bank on the corner) Travel for about 400 yards and then turn left forCardingmill Valleyand Golf Club. After 150 yards bear right up Trevor Hill. Follow the road to the top of the hill and turn sharp left into the car park.

From the South
Follow the A49north from Ludlow through Craven Arms.
On reaching the traffic lights in Church Stretton turn left towards the town and go over the railway bridge. Then follow the directions above.

followed by 3 course dinner after your round.

Option C
All Day Breakfast and Coffee on arrival. £7.50

Our caterer Dawn Carter prepares all the food on the premises from fresh local produce, and will be offering special seasonal menus. Select your player’s choices from the attached menu.
