Introducing myself, I will list a few of my own personal traits. Being an ENTJ personality type, a few of my strengths are, quickly identifying inefficiency and formulating new solutions. Also, I enjoy developing long-range plans to accomplish goals, conceptualize a strategy to achieve the client’s vision, and execute each step precisely and accurately. Also, exceling at adaptability, acquisition of new skills, logical reasoning, perfectionism, and extreme attention to detail.

Oversee various departments which consisted of 20-35 people throughout the acquisition of The Bluegrass Pipeline, LLC. Departments included, GIS/Mapping, Database, Title, Administrative, and guided through managing Right-of-Way department with great success and accomplishments. Including, but not limited to, 95% close rate for ROW Agreements, along with preparing plats for route variances across Public and/or Federal Lands for top elected Officials of the County, including the Governor of the State.
