Assign staff responsible for coordinating/conducting vision, hearing BMI screening & entering results onto TERMS A06 panel at time of screening

Sloan & LEA Charts (HES will distribute New Vision materials to schools)

Ensure Universal Precautions/Bloodborne Pathogens Procedures DVD is reviewed by staff / Principal/Designee / All Staff / Staff view Universal Precautions/Bloodborne Pathogens educational materials and sign participation log / Memo and instructions provided in Principals’ Memo Packet (1 hr) / Completed before end of August annually
