Birds Directive Article 12 Report 2013 General Report (Annex 1)

We recommend that prior to responding to this consultation, reviewers should read the following:

Important note: The guidance from the Commission and the UK explanatory briefing are not part of this consultation.

The information provided will be used by JNCC, the country conservation bodies, Defra and the Devolved Administrations to decide whether, and if so how, to amend the General Report (Annex 1).

NB This section is for reporting on bird species not naturally occurring in the wild in the European territory of the Member States and for which introduction has taken place during the reporting period. Because no introductions have taken place during the reporting period (2008-2012) there are no UK comments.
