Internal Regulations of III International Winter Workshop Orchestra WOW 2017
1.The organizer of the III International Winter Workshop Orchestra WOW 2017 is Bialystok Foundation Pro Musica in collaboration with the Association Pro Musica and Ignacy Paderewski Complex of Music Schools in Bialystok.
2.Participants register using the Application Form available on the website Registration deadline - 5January 2018. The participation in the workshops come first served. The qualification of the workshop participants will be notified by email. The list of participants will be published on the website
3.The costs of participation in the workshop, fee :100 PLN or 25 Euro paid on account: . Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. Oddział w Białymstoku

4.The organizer reserves the right to cancel workshops till on January 12th.
5.Any other costs (eg. transport, meals, accommodation, print notes, etc.) must be covered by the participant.
6.The workshops is dedicated for students from 14 to 26 years of age. The organizers are not responsible for minors.
7.The qualified participants are required to on time forrehearsals section and orchestral according to the schedule published on the and active participation in the planned concerts.
8.The participants must follow the formality provided for this type of event.
10.The organizer prohibits recording and photos of the participants of workshops and their reproduction without the agreement of the Organizer of Workshop and the other members of theorchestra.
11.The classes are held according to the schedule, which will be published by the organizer after closing the registration . This schedule will be published on the website of the organizer and sent to the participants by email.
12.The organizer hereby reserves the right to promote WOW 2018 in the press, internet, radio and television.
13.The organizer has the right to: record, publish and reproduce image of Participants and their performances made during WOW 2018.
14. The Organizer has the right to exclude participant who disrupts the course or behaves inappropriately.
15.The participation in the Workshop does not release the students of Complex Music Schools of I. Paderewski in Bialystok from participation in regular school activities. The organizer has the right to exclude from the Workshop students who leave regular classes in Complex Music Schools of I. Paderewski in Bialystok.
16.Withdrawal of participation in the WOW 2018 must be made in writing with 2 weeks notice. Orginizer will not returf fee.
17.Upon completion of the workshop participants will receive certificates of attendance in the IV International Winter Orchestra Workshop WOW 2018.
18.Application for participation in the Workshop is tantamount to accepting the Regulations and the conditions of participation.
