Four Areas to Master
Everyone who chooses to build a business with Arbonne comes with their own unique personality,background, circumstances, mindset and skill level. Regardless of this, there are certain areas we all mustcommit to master.
1. Desire- This area is essential, critical, a must, vital- an absolute! So, ask yourself, on a scale of 1-10 howcommitted are you to building a business? Why do you want to do this? When in the past, when the “goinggot tough” in your life, did you stick it out no matter what? Is there anything that would cause you to quit?Desire is the only area you must create for yourself. No one can give it to you and it is the number onevariable for success. Skills and talents will only take you so far, but persistence, perseverance, and discipline
will allow you to stay committed.
2. Your Belief System- 4 important segments Once you have determined that your desire is a level 10 –the next area to master is your CONVICTION – or your level of belief. Your beliefs will not only determinewhat you do in this business, it will determine HOW you do it. It will not only determine what you say, it willdetermine HOW you say it. Determine your level of belief or conviction in the areas below on a scale of 1-10.
*The Company- How proud are you in recommending this company?
*The Products- How convicted are you that people want these products?
*The Business Model and Financial Opportunity- How confident are you in the
network marketingindustry?
*YOU – How secure are you in your ability to build and lead an organization?
How much time are you investing in these four segments? Have you date activated these in your calendar? When something goes awry in your business, it will often fall back to these four segments. Your level of conviction can usually be determined by the results of these behaviors. So if you want to know your ongoing level of conviction really is - look to see what your results are.
3. Your Attitude or Mindset- Your Attitude or Mindset is best determined by how you react or respond when things don’t go your way. Ask yourself what you tend to do when people don’t do what you want them to do, when plans change, when you get a series of cancellations, no shows or just plain NO’s! Do you ever whine, complain, make excuses and give reasons and justifications when you fail to meet your goals? Are you easily disappointed? How often do you use the Phrase: “yes but…”? If you believe that the Arbonne products and business is a gift that everyone will benefit from, your needs to
make numbers will not matter so much and you will not view others as a way to make money. It will not matter if someone says no. You will become successful with or without them. It may be that the timing is not good for them, that they just do not KNOW yet what you know, or you just need develop that skill set in better casting that vision. FOCUS on the ACTIVITY and not the outcome. The RESULTS will follow!
Your level of success will depend on your willingness to take 100% responsibility for the results in your business. This is where the power is. If your success or failure is dependent on circumstances outside of you rather than yourself – you become lost in a powerless mindset. Live your life in abundance and gratitude and serve others.
4. Your Skills- the Five S’s Lastly, is the mastery of your ability or level of skill. But again, please remember, without the proper desire, conviction and mindset, this training will only frustrate you! It is only a vehicle – it’s not the gas!
• Scheduling- Pick up that phone and schedule appointments!
• Selling/Sharing- Share the products and opportunity. Cast that vision. Use third party sources to help
you.
• Servicing- Offer incentives, updates on specials and campaigns, continue to “drip” on them
• Sponsoring- If you are not doing this, you are working too hard.
• Supporting- Teach and train others to do what you do. Follow the SYSTEM that is already PROVEN to
work!!
