Typographic Conventions
Type Style / DescriptionExample text / Words or characters that appear on the screen. These include field names, screen titles, pushbuttons as well as menu names, paths and options.

HCM Integration Add-on Upgrade: Configuration Guide
1 Purpose
The purpose of this document is to describe the recommended steps required to upgrade the Integration Add-On for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX from Support Package 00 or 01 to Support Package 06.
2 Preparation
2.1 Prerequisites
1. Support Package 00 and 01 of the Software Component SFIHCM01 600 is installed.
2. Ensure that the PI system in your system landscape is on Release 7.11 or higher or you use SAP HANA Cloud Integration.
2.2 Additional Information
For detailed information on the Integration Add-On für SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX (for example, available integration scenarios, installation guides, administrators guides, reference to SAP notes), refer to the SAP library http://help.sap.com/erp_sfi_addon10.
3 Upgrading Activities
The following section describes the recommended steps required to upgrade the Integration Add-On for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX from Support Package 00 or 01 to Support Package 06.
The following system instances are involved:
· SAP ERP system
· SAP Netweaver Process Integration system
· External SAP Netweaver Process Integration system in a demilitarized zone (optional)
· SAP HANA Cloud Integration
· SuccessFactors BizX system
Carry out the following steps (3.1 to 3.5) in the given sequence.
3.1 Activities in SAP ERP System
Install support package 06of the Integration Add-On 1.0 for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors Business Execution. Details are described in the Administrator's Guide Integration Add-On 1.0 for SAP ERP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors Business Execution.
3.2 Activities in SAP Netweaver Process Integration System
These activities have only to be executed if you use Netweaver Process Integration.
Install the software component SFIHCM01 600 of the Integration add-on 1.0 for SAP ERP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors Business Execution in the Enterprise Services Repository (ESR). Details are described in the Administrator's Guide Integration Add-On 1.0 for SAP ERP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors Business Execution.
3.3 Activities in External SAP NetWeaver Process Integration System in a Demilitarized Zone (DMZ)
These activities are optional and have only to be executed if your PI system is located in a DMZ.
Ensure that the PI system in your DMZ is on Release 7.11 or higher.
Prerequisites
1. Install the Enterprise Services Repository (ESR) content package of the software component SFIHCM01 600.
3.4 Activities in SAP Hana Cloud Integration
These activities have only to be executed if you use HANA Cloud Integration instead of Netweaver Process Integration.
Follow the activities listed in Building Block Config Guide “Hana Cloud Integration Setup & Configuration”.
3.5 Activities in SuccessFactors BizX
The Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for the import of Compensation Data are available as of the named release.
Ensure that your SuccessFactors BizX system is on Release b 1402 or higher.
