Senior Class Meeting – Gymnasium 9:30
October 20th – 21st Senior Class Announcement Sales - Lobby 11am-2pm
October 30th Deadline to pay Senior Fee
February 8th – 12th Grad Bash Ticket Sales Begin (PLEASE NOTE - Senior fee must be paid and senior status achieved prior to purchasing Grad Bash Ticket). There are a limited number of tickets that will be sold on a first come basis.
February 12th Deadline for corrections to transcripts and posting of applicable transfer grades for graduation honor classifications.
March 9th, 10th Announcement Delivery – Balance Due to Herff Jones prior to pick up!
Lobby 11am-1pm.
April 13th Make up - Announcement Delivery during lunch in the lobby
April 29th – April 30th Grad Bash – Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure. Depart Leon at 11am on April 29th and return at 6am on April 30th.
May 6th Deadline to finish LCVS/ACE. Grades must be posted. Work with your guidance counselor early!!!
May 13th Cap and Gown Delivery – All outstanding debts (lost books, uniforms, etc. from your entire high school career) must be cleared prior to pickup of caps and gowns.
May 16th Senior Camp Out 8pm
May 17th Senior Awards Program and Senior Class Luncheon
Leon Auditorium 10:30am. Parents welcome for the program. Seniors only for lunch.
May 25th Graduation Rehearsal – Civic Center @ 12pm. Don’t be late!
May 28th Graduation – Civic Center 3pm Seniors report an hour earlier.
May 28th Project Graduation

ANTICIPATED EXPENSES FOR SENIOR YEAR
· Senior Fee - $60
o This fee pays for the Senior Awards Program, Senior Class luncheon, cap, gown and tassel, diplomas, flowers, Civic Center fees, programs, etc. This is the only REQUIRED fee. See other insert about payment options.
Deadline to pay senior fee is October 30, 2015.
THE FOLLOWING EXPENSES ARE OPTIONAL:
· Senior T-shirt – approximately $15
o To be ordered August/early September
· Graduation Announcements (invitations) – prices vary depending on individual order
o Orders will be taken on October 21st and 22nd by our Herff Jones representative, Brad Maxwell in the lobby from 11am – 2pm
· Panoramic Photo – approximately $20
o Photo and order will be taken October 14th during the senior class meeting.
· Grad Bash – approximately $130
o The ONLY school sponsored/sanctioned trip for seniors will consist of a bus trip to Orlando for a lock-in exclusively for seniors on April 29/30 at Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first come basis from February 8th thru February 12th.
· Project Graduation – approximately $25
o This graduation “after party” hosted by parents of seniors in conjunction with the PTO follows graduation on May 28th, 2016. Tickets will be sold by Project Graduation parents in May.
· Leon’s Lion Tale Yearbook – approximately $85
o Senior ads for the yearbook are on sale and range from approximately $75 - $300.
