7:05PM- PUBLIC HEARING - Continuation of Public Hearing from August 17, 2017 – The Purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input and comments from the public regarding the Town of Wawarsing 2017 Zoning Plan.

RESOLUTION# 2017 – The Wawarsing Town Board, by Resolution, directs the Municipal Code Enforcement Officer to conduct an inspection of the unsafe structure owned by Anthony Hamczyk located at 1579 South Old Greenfield Road, Greenfield Park N.Y., Tax Map # Section 81.2 Block 1 Lot 9, and report the findings thereof in writing to the Town Board.

  1. Town Board to approve the attached Budget Modifications:
  1. Town Board to approve bills as audited.
  1. Town Board to accept the minutes of the August 3, 2017- Regular & Audit Meeting.
  1. Town Board to accept the minutes of the August 8, 2017- Budget Workshop Meeting.
  1. Town Board to accept the minutes of the August 17, 2017 Regular & Audit Meeting.
  1. Town Board to accept the minutes of the August 28, 2017- Workshop Meeting.
  1. Town Bard to accept the minutes of the August 30, 2017 – Special Workshop Meeting.
  1. Town Board to approve the Planning Board meetings to be held on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM at the Ellenville High School Library for a period of nine (9) months.
  1. Town Board to approve the purchase of parts, in the amount of $4,276.00 from Komline-Sanderson, for the belt press located at the Napanoch Sewer Plant.
  1. Town Board to approve for cable expansion for (1) one home on Beaver Dam Road, in the Town of Wawarsing. The cost for the expansion is $7,800.00 and is to be paid out of the Cable Franchise Account.
  1. Town Board to approve for cable expansion for (2) two homes on Steam Hollow Road, in the Town of Wawarsing. The cost for the expansion is estimated at $13,000.00 and is to be paid out of the Cable Franchise Account.
  1. Town Board to approve Daniel Pollan, Municipal Code Enforcement Officer to attend the “Last Chance for Hours” conference given by the NYSBOC- Tri County Chapter. The course will be given at the Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel and Conference Center, Kingston, N.Y., November 7th - November 9th, 2017. The cost of the conference is $325.00. A Town vehicle will be used for transportation.
