1 / Inspection Schedule Update
- Elizabeth will send out an inspection schedule and sample checklist in the next few days.
2 / Terms of Reference (TOR)
- Still waiting for an update from EHS.
- Sandra Deike is no longer with UofT.
- Pierre will contact EHS re this matter
New Business
1 / Washroom Renovations. Renovations of the washrooms are underway. Due to costs constraints, renovations are being done floor by floor, annually. The costs of the renovations are picked up by Facilities & Services / Info Only
2 / Carpets. A question was raised re the replacement of carpets. Elizabeth has clarified that replacing carpets are normally the responsibility of the departments. / Info Only
3 / Housekeeping. It is reported that garbage cans in the individual offices are not emptied as scheduled. Elizabeth shall send a note to Housekeeping. / Info Only
4 / Window Film. Since the installation of the Window film, OISE has had 11 incidences of cracks in the windows. The film was retaining the heat and thus, causing the window cracks. Elizabeth is seeking compensation from the manufacturer – 3M. / Info Only
