  1. ON ARRIVAL

On arrival please report to Dawn (Markets)on the site (mobile 07919412915).

The site telephone number from 8:00am on Saturday 2ndNovember is 07871 499160.

  1. EARLY ARRIVAL

If you intend to arrive on site before 12pm onSaturday 2nd November, for security reasons please notify us immediately on 07919412915.

  1. ENTRY/EXIT

Enter the site via the A1290 road sign-posted Nissan Offices. Once into the site, take a right at the first roundabout and youwill pass through a Nissan securitycheck point where you will be directed to Nissan Sports & Social Club.

  1. ACCREDITATION/PASSES

All exhibitors/performers must identify themselves with this document.

Vehicles are permitted on site to offloadequipment butmust bemoved to the participant’scar park no later than16:00 hrs.

  1. VEHICLE DRIVERS
  • Please take extreme care when driving on the site.
  • Keep your speed to a minimum.
  • Vehicle movement stops at 16:15 hrs prompt.
  • Please follow instructions given by the Site Manager.
  1. VEHICLES ON SITE

There will be no vehicles in the public area during the event other than those already approved by the organisers - EMERGENCY VEHICLES, CATERING VEHICLES, PERFORMING VEHICLES, and other vehicles where absolutely necessary and approved.

A participant’s car park is provided.

  1. SITE LAYOUT

Every effort has been made to provide you with a good location.

  1. SECURITY

The site is within the Nissan grounds where security is continuous. However do not leave valuables unattended.

  1. INSURANCE

ALL participants must carry public liability insurance and be insured for theft, damage and third party risks.

  1. FIRE PROCEDURE

If a fire breaks out Scott Hillary must be notified immediately. Fire fighting equipment will be provided where necessary and as advised by the Fire Brigade.

  1. FIRST AID

This service is being provided by County Durham EMS Ltd.

  1. LOST CHILDREN

This service is being provided by Police checked personnel.

  1. DISABLED

The site is a flat, grassed area and wheelchair users should have no difficulty. Toilets for the disabled are available.

  1. LITTER

Litter bins are provided throughout the site. Please take responsibility for keeping your own area tidy.

  1. STAFFING YOUR AREA

Ensure that you area is staffed at least half an hour prior to the event opening. This helps to eliminate security problems. Also ensure that your area is staffed until the public are clear of the site at the end of the day.

You are advised to approach the Plant from the A19.

Travelling:-

Northwards along the A1 (M). Use the A690 (signpost to Sunderland) to connect with the A19. Travel north on the A19. Turn left along the A1231 then follow the signs for Nissan Offices.

Southwards along the A19. Turn right along the A1231 then follow the signs for Nissan Offices.
