ULI Philadelphia proudly offers an annual scholarship program to encourage young people in pursuit of careers in land use and real estate to gain a deeper understanding of the career ahead, make professional connections and be introduced to the ULI mission. The ULI Philadelphia Scholarship is offered to undergraduate Juniors and Seniors and graduate students enrolled full time in the upcoming academic year. Scholarships are given annually, furthering ULI’s mission of cultivating leadership and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.

A minimum of two scholarships will be awarded to candidates demonstrating passion and commitment for a career in land use, exceptional academic capabilities, and diverse backgrounds and experiences. Each scholarship includes:

  minimum of $2,000

  two year ULI membership

  up to 5 complementary ULI Philadelphia events each year of their membership

  membership in the Philadelphia Young Leaders Council

  opportunity to participate in Philadelphia ULI Advisory Board meeting(s)

  Opportunities to interview for a paid internship (subject to each employer’s hiring criteria and availability)
