JobPurpose–
Tosupport all aspects of activity withinthe branch. Youwill be providinga strong customer service focus,whilstlearning &developing through gaining practical,project,& study based experience.This oneyear programme will lead to a BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
KeyAccountabilities-
  • Toprovide support inall areasof thebranch as requested by theBranch manager or other colleagues
  • To make the most of your apprenticeship by attending all meetings relating to the scheme and take full advantage of the learning opportunities available to you.
  • Commit to and maximise the use of the 20% of working hours provided for “off the job” training.
Demonstrateanenthusiastic, flexible,and resilientattitude when dealing with bothcolleagues & customers.
Towork aspart of ateam withinthe branch to meet requireddeadlinesand ortargets Participate fully in the dayto day operation ofthebranch, inorder to ensurethat our
customersreceive the bestcustomer service.
Understandthat the role is a mixof all aspects of the businessfrom officeandcomputer based tasks, dealing withcustomers faceto face,and on the phone. The roleincludes physical work (sometimes outside in all weathers)whichincludesliftingandmoving of stock, loading ofcompany andcustomervehiclesas required,together withassociated rolesas required.
Time
Theroleoperates on adaily basis and itisafulltime positionwithanearly morning starttime agreed locally.
