When you make your reservations with the hotel, please indicate you are making reservations for the "SOUTHERN COMPANY-TLR DRAFTING TEAM" meeting (PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST INDICATE THE TLR MEETING BECAUSE THERE IS ANOTHER SOUTHERN COMPANY MEETING TAKING PLACE AT THIS HOTEL THE SAME DAY). The rate will be $189 (plus taxes) and rooms will be blocked off the night of the 26 and the 27 (with a limited few blocked off the night of the 28th). The cutoff will be February 7, 2007, but I suggest making your reservations as soon as possible because the hotel has indicated they are "filling up" and we were only able to reserve 25 rooms.
