Seattle Tee BallCoaching Clinic

Saturday, April 2 9:30am - 11:30am • East Greenlake Park

7201 East Green Lake Dr N(North side of NW Ball Diamond)

This clinic is for PARENTS and COACHES.

All parents are strongly encouraged to attend the Tee-Ball Coaching Clinic. One or two adults, alone, cannot manage a group of kids this age and provide a structured and fun environment.

Tee Ball is a community activity; each additional adult that is on the field significantly increases the quality of the experience for all the kids. Parents are encouraged to get involved with their child’s team on the field.

This is a Participatory clinic. Attendees are on their feet, active and ‘learning by doing’ for most of the clinic. ‘Knowing baseball’ is not needed to be an effective ‘coach’ at this level; all that is required is a love of kids and a desire to enjoy a fun and memorable activity with them.

Clinics are led by former professional player and NCAA D-I Head Coach, Mark Lindenof Baseball Positive. Over the past eight years Mark has worked exclusively at the 12U level working with coaches in leagues across King and Snohomish Counties.

Each clinic participant receives an outline of clinic content and how to access info on the Baseball Positive website (practice planning, drills, etc.)

If you miss, or are unable to attend, Baseball Positive is holding clinics at five other locations in King County and South Snohomish County.

2016 Baseball Positive Tee Ball Clinic - Master Schedule

The Baseball Positive philosophy for Tee Ball is that it is a Parent-Child activity. We strongly encourage not only the ‘official’ Tee Ball Coaches to attend the clinics, but all parents as well. If a coach or parent is not able to make it to their league’s scheduled event, the hope is that another clinic date/time/location makes it possible for a coach or parent to attend.
