1. We, [ ] (“the Applicant”) would like to apply for the Delivered Duty Paid Services (as hereinafter defined) from S.F. Express.
2. The Delivered Duty Paid Services
a. S.F. Express is the service provider of the Applicant for the provision of express delivery service of packages from one place to a place of destination under S.F. Express waybill (“the Services”) and the Applicant has opened a [ Credit Account ] ( account number: ______)
(“the Account”) with S.F. Express for the Services.
b. During the performance of the Services, S.F. Express may be requested to pay, on behalf of the Applicant, applicable taxes, duties and/or other charges (collectively “the Charges”) arising out of or in connection with the customs clearance and/or other processes in the course of performing the Services under the Account. This is the Delivered Duty Paid Services.
3. The Applicant agrees and confirms that upon confirmation from S.F. Express to this Application, the Applicant shall abide by the terms and conditions as stated overleaf of this Application whenever the Delivered Duty Paid Services are to be provided by S.F. Express.

Terms and Conditions for Using the Delivered Duty Paid Services
1. In any event the Applicant shall bear the Charges incurred or derived from the performance of the Delivered Duty Paid Services (the “DDP Services”) and the same shall be debited by S.F. Express to the Account and such will be included in the invoice that S.F. Express furnishes to the Applicant on a regular basis.
2. Upon acceptance and confirmation from S.F. Express of this Application, the Applicant agrees and confirms that it shall be responsible for all the Charges and service fees (which might be chargeable by S.F. Express to the Applicant in light of the provision of the DDP Services, if any) in the course of performance of the DDP Services provided by S.F. Express.
3. The Applicant will always be primarily responsible for all charges of the Services. The Applicant further agrees and confirms that the Applicant shall pay on demand all shipping or other charges not paid when due by receiver of the shipment. If S.F. Express is required to pay any Charges as levied on behalf of the Applicant, receiver or other parties, and in the case that S.F. Express is unable to recover such amount from the said persons or parties, that amount will be payable by the Applicant on demand and such amount shall be debited by S.F. Express to the Account.
4. Upon the Applicant’s request for DDP Services, S.F. Express shall pay the Charges for and on behalf of the Applicant provided that the shipment is classified as KJ3 Type (i.e. commodities under a shipment in which no formal entry is required) with declared value of a shipment NOT exceeding a total sum of CNY _5,000_ (or its equivalent in any applicable currency under a single waybill). S.F. Express may elect to vary the amount of declared value (i.e. CNY _5,000_or its equivalent in any applicable currency) from time to time where deemed appropriate according to the actual circumstances of the case. For clarity, S.F. Express is not obligated to provide any DDP Services to Applicant in the event the commodities of the shipment are NOT classified as KJ3 Type.
5. The Charges and the service fees (which might be chargeable by S.F. Express to the Applicant, if any) for the DDP Services are due upon services rendered. The Applicant is responsible to pay to S.F. Express promptly without delay upon receipt of invoice. S.F. Express reserves the right to suspend the DDP Services at any time when the sum of the Charges together with the spending of the Applicant exceeds the credit limit of the Account of the Applicant.
6. S.F. Express may elect to terminate the DDP Services at any time without cause at its sole discretion with prior written notice to the Applicant.
7. Upon confirmation by S.F. Express of this Application, the terms and conditions (the “T&C”) herein shall be regarded as an integral part of the［Credit Account Agreement］that executed between the Applicant and S.F. Express on ［ ］and the T&C shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.
8. The DDP Services shall come into effect when S.F. Express officially confirms this Application until the termination of the Account or the termination of the DDP Services by S.F. Express, whichever is earlier.
