According to pitch rules, Agency presentation will be in two parts:

1. Agency Credentials

2. Developed projects according to the brief

Part I – Agency Credentials

Presenting the Agency – seniority, financial turnover, major customers, competitors, number

of employees, additional issues in the marketing mix handled by the Agency – BTL,

promotions, etc.

We expect from your respectable Agency to present your credentials, especially in the

following areas:

·  ATL

·  BTL

·  Creative

·  Digital

·  Media Buying

·  Account

Especially from Account department we expect strong and proactive initiatives that will

challenge existing strategies and tactics in a constructive way, ability to analyze the market

and provide relevant consumer insight.

Also, we would like to see Agency resources for production of respected creative solutions.

Part II – Presentation of competencies - Project brief

We will inform you about the exact time and date of the presentation.

With Agency that present winning concept, we will continue to develop the final creative

and negotiate the conditions of the cooperation.

You will have 50 minutes (including discussion) for the presentation.

The product brief with the Agency task will be sent after the submission of the

Confidentiality Agreement.

All materials must be in English and Serbian. Presentation and discussion should be prepared in both languages as well.

NB 1: The costs of creative solution for print/internet/outdoor and promotional material include the costs of pre-press and adaptation/formatting and delivery of the final form to defined media and printing offices.

NB 2: The costs of production include: computer graphic design, pre-press, casting, photographing, recording of any kind, post-production, organization, rental of the equipment and space, hiring external associates, costs of transport, etc.

NB 3: In the line “Leading and coordination of the project”, the budget amount of the project is expressed with the total costs of production of all necessary elements for that project.

* Changing of the existing-approved solution means adding/removing of the existing elements and/or replacing the part of the whole text as a consequence of the change in terms and conditions

** Creative solution of the promotion/product activation represents the set of services at the press conferences and events such is: fair, festival, sport and other sponsored events, conferences and seminaries.

Column ‘Unite price without VAT’ is for inserting the price that is charged by the Agency for specific job

Column ‘Agency fee’ should be filled with percentage of the job that Agency charges on net approved expenses of the production or realisation of the media plan.

Dark cells are not to be filled.

NOTE: Agency can propose other price list statements and conditions of payment.
