Situation
Nowadays, with internet development facilities and free peer-to-peer sharing software such as Kazaa, Emule, Deluge, eTorrent, etc., illegal music download is a subject called into question.
Indeed, most part of people given to download illegally a lot of digital music instead of buying it in records dealers.
Main principle of download software is to connect to an anonymous server (most part of the time), and user can search all songs and movies they want by enter a request. These applications will return a list of answers, then users can choose what they want and the download process begins. Finally, users have the file they hoped in their computer (music, movie, etc.) and can use it when they want for free and illegally.
Illegal music download is actually a big problem notably for authors, who began to launch trials against most part of “ big downloaders” and who blocks also lot of sites such as “zippyshare”, “uploading”, “4shared”, … which store and suggests authors music to all public people for free 1 or 2 day previously her official out in records dealers.
Problematic
Today, Hadopi, a French law and organization, has decided to stop this downloads by put in place a “Three strikes” law which principle is to out internet use service at the end of three Hadopi warnings.
