Listen for God’s calling when you come to career crossings:

“Stand at the crossroads and look. Ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.” Jeremiah 6:16

"The magic of this (the wonder of God's guiding hand) is that the week before I would have turned down the job. It was less money (on the surface) than I had been seeking and it was a much further drive than I had thought I would be willing to make. But it had the secret ingredient I had just discovered in Crossroads; I needed -- HAD TO HAVE -- a sense of participating in something that was contributing to lives in a very positive way."

Trisha, Career Explorer

"It has been such a joy for me, as a pastor, to see lay leaders emerge and take ownership of this ministry... We have a solid and fully staffed team of leaders for all the facets of the ministry with more coming. It has also been so exciting to see the Explorers come every month. Overall, the response has been so positive and in so many ways. I could probably bore you with all kinds of stories but suffice to say, if we can ever be a reference to other churches that are considering starting this ministry at their church, we would love to be of service."

Mike, Church Pastor
