The VBS Team is in need of the following donations for VBS snacks:
Cheerios, M&Ms, Fruit Loops, white chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, gummy bears, pretzel sticks, goldfish, and powdered lemonade mix. Please drop it off in the box in the small fellowship hall.
The Relay for Life Team will meet on Sunday, June 30th at 4:00 PM in the small Fellowship Hall. This meeting is for our current team members and anyone who is interested in joining our team.
There will be NO Wednesday Night Meal, Activities or Music Rehearsals on JULY 3rd.
Get More Than Cluck For Your Buck! Bring family and friends to dine-in or take-out at Zaxby's in Knightdale on Monday July 8, 5-8 PM. 10% of sales will be donated to Dominican/Haiti Mission Trip.
Contributions directly to WBC Mission Trips are tax deductible. Please specify if you would like to donate to a specific trip in the Memo Line of your check, payable to WBC, or note on contribution envelope.
WAM CAMP 2013 is coming!!! July 10- August 28 WBC will be have an 8 week Worship, Arts, and Music (WAM) camp every Wednesday night from 6:00-7:15 for 1st-5th graders! Registration for Children will open soon! Children will be learning about singing, musical instruments, arts and crafts, and performance as they prepare a Show that will be put on August 28th. Cost is $10 per child that covers a T-shirt, art supplies, and a CD of all the songs they will be learning.
WAM Camp needs help! If you're interested in helping with crafts, music, games, or the production, please contact Melody with your available dates (757-329-5118/). Also, we need your help collecting craft supplies! We are making drums for the kids to use during the performance. We need all of the cardboard oatmeal containers that we can get! All sizes welcome! Please bring your empty oatmeal containers and place them in a box in the breezeway. Thank you in advance for your collection help!
Wendell Baptist Preschool is accepting registration for the 2013-2014 school year. We currently have openings in our 2 yr old and 4 yr old classes with limited space in our 3 yr old classes. For information, please contact the weekday preschool at 919-365-3103.
