BOYS INVITATIONAL: We are happy to host the 8th annual Earl Hebert Manitowoc Lincoln Boys Track & Field Invite on March 22nd. Schools who have indicated participating in this meet are: Appleton East, Chilton, De Pere, Kaukauna, Luxemburg Casco, Manitowoc Lincoln, Manitowoc Lutheran, Mishicot, New Holstein,Oostburg, Ozaukee, Plymouth, Random Lake, Reedsville, Roncalli, Sheboygan Falls, and Two Rivers.

GIRLS INVITATIONAL: We are happy to host the 6th annual Pam Kjono Manitowoc LincolnGirlsTrack & FieldInvite on March 23rd. Schools thathave indicated participating in this meet are: Chilton, Fond du Lac, Kaukauna, Kewaunee,Kimberly, Manitowoc Lincoln,Manitowoc Lutheran, Mishicot, New Holstein,Ozaukee, Plymouth,Random Lake, Reedsville, Sheboygan Falls, Two Rivers.

Please do not arrive and enter JFK for themeet until 3:15. Physical education classes are still being held until 3:15.

  1. Boysmeet will be, Thursday, March 22, 2018 @ 4:00 pm
  2. Girls meet will be, Friday, March 23, 2016 @ 4:00pm

2. Flats only, no shoes with spikes are permitted. Hard plastic racing shoes with spikes removed are not permitted.

3. Please use only white athletic tape for floor markings. Markings may not be placed on runway or pit area, any tape

placed on floor must be removed by competitors when finished.

4. Locker rooms will not be available.

5. Floor space will notbe available for your team; team can make camp in the balcony (behind the bleachers) or in the

wrestling room. All competitors and coaches will beexpected to remain in this area,unless competing or called to the participation area.

6. A concession stand will be open, located in the balcony area. Please do not take food out of this area.

7. Spectator seating will be limited to approximately 750 in the balcony bleachers and are not permitted in the participation

area. Admission charge will be $3.00. T-shirts will be available for sale in the balcony area.

8. Rules are in effect regarding buses in front of JFK. Athletes/students can be dropped off in front of the field house, but

the bus MUST then move to the parking lot on Green Street (one block south of JFK). After the event the bus may move to the front of JFK for pick-up. Have your squad enter the front of the building.

9. The triple jump competitors will be allowed three jumps each in the “Finals Only” format. Due to facility concerns, the

event must befinished prior to the start of the 3200 m Relay. The triple jump will be a scored event.

10. Pole vault and high jump starting heights and format will be determined at the coaches meeting.

11. The Triple and Long Jump will be conducted in “Finals Only” Format. Competitors will be allowed three jumps in the

Triple Jump and four in the Long Jump. Shot put will have trials with competitors throwing in flights (9 to finals).

12. Each school will be permitted two entries per event, except one entry in the 3200 meter run, four laprelay, six-lap

relay, 1600 meter relay, and 3200 meter relay.

13. We are requesting each school to provide one coach to be present at the starting line to help count laps during the

3200 M relay and the 3200 M run.

14. A competitor may be in a maximum of four events. Athletes in four events must be a combination of field and running.

Not all four (4) running or four (4) field.

15. Starting blocks will be furnished, but bring your own relay baton and shot put.

16. Six places will be awarded a medal (and a kiss) in each event and 8 places will be scored; point placement will be 10-8-6-

5-4-3-2-1.

17. Coaches should meet at 3:40 in the health room on the second level for some general announcements and refreshments.

18. All roster changes should be made at the head table on the main floor of the field house when you arrive. Please seek

out Kevin Luedke for your roster changes. The new competitor will take the place and lane of the scratched athlete. We will not have a scratch meeting.

19. Coaches are to use for their entries. Entry deadline is Noon on Tuesday, March 20 for the boys meet & Noon on Wednesday, March 21 for the girls meet.

Once you are on your event calendar in athletic.net you can use the MEET I.D. number for the respective event or search for it on the Wisconsin calendar to add it to your team calendar.

When entering – please use the 4x200 event to do your entries for the 6 Lap relay (that is not an option within athletic.net)

The entry fee is $150.00 for each team. If you have not paid the entry fee – please remit.

20. Please ask your award winners in each event to report promptly when announced. Awards will be presented as soon as possible.

21. Automatic timing will be used.

22. Games committee will consist of two officials and head coaches from 3 schools, to be named @ coaches meeting.
