First Aid Kit Basics:

A first-aid kit well stocked with the basic essentials is indispensable. Choose one sturdy and lightweight, yet large enough to hold the contents so that they are readily visible and so that any one item may be taken out without unpacking the whole kit.

Car First Aid Kit Contents:

In addition to basic first aid kit contents include:

·  small flashlight and spare batteries

·  hand cleaner in packets

·  a white handkerchief (to attach to the car so you can attract attention if the car is disabled)

·  a blanket

·  a large red and white sign that can be placed in the front or rear window that reads "Send Help!"
