COMPOST BINS CONTRACT NUMBER FAC61

This contract includes a variety of recycling containers including recycling bins, wheeled carts, home composting bins and buckets, public space recycling containers, rain barrels, and solar powered trash compactors. State agencies, municipalities and political subdivisions are all authorized to purchase from this contract at the prices listed below. These prices are in effect until January 31, 2015.

CURBSIDE/SET OUT CONTAINERS

TERMS OF CONTRACT

• You are not required to, and shouldNOTsign any new terms and conditions provided by a vendor on state contract FAC61.
• Containers ordered will be delivered to your municipality's specified location within 30 days of contractor’s receipt of purchase order AND unloaded to either a loading dock or to the ground (whichever the municipality needs).
• Vendor may NOT charge any additional fees for delivery, labor or equipment above the state contract price. The state contract prices include ALL delivery and unloading costs.

CURBSIDE/SETOUT CONTAINERS

The Contractor must guarantee that any order not exceeding 30,000 containers shall be delivered within 30 days of Contractor’s receipt of the purchase order from any eligible contract user. The Contractor shall further guarantee that purchase orders in excess of 30,000 containers must be delivered within 60 days of the Contractor’s receipt of the order. The Contractor shall be assessed a penalty of $0.05 per unit per day for each day the set out containers are not delivered within the time frame specified.

WHEELED CARTS

TERMS OF CONTRACT:

WHEELED CARTS

The Contractor must guarantee that any order not exceeding 2,000 carts shall be delivered within 30 days of the Contractor’s receipt of purchase order from any eligible contract user. The Contractor shall further guarantee that purchase orders in excess of 2,000 must be delivered within 60 days of the Contractor’s receipt of the purchase order. The Contractor shall be assessed a penalty of $0.50 per unit per day that the wheeled recycling carts are not delivered in the time frame specified.
