Job Description
The Arch Expert (Esthetician) is responsible for demonstrating and selling Benefit products by use of The 8 Step Magic Formula, and performing short salon services including brow and facial waxing. The Arch Expert is also responsible for maintaining State Board compliant areas, and keeping accurate and complete records. Providing excellent customer service, achieving all service and product goals as well as following all Benefit and ULTA guidelines is also expected.

About the Job
Provide guests with quality hair styling, color, cuts, make-up application and consultations and superior guest service.
Promote all hair services and salon products.
Maintain clean, neat work stations consistent with salon standards.
Is on time for appointments and communicates frequently with salon reception and spa software to stay on top of cancellations and rescheduled services.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of current trends, techniques, styles and all beauty treatments offered at CR.
Participate/conduct guest lectures, captain’s table, demos and special events.
Notify Salon Manager of potential problems, hazards or safety concerns.
Maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and other departments
Maintain professional license
Attends monthly department meetings
Massachusetts hairdresser/cosmetology state license and 2 years’ experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to cut, color, highlight and style all hair types.
Provide scalp treatments and make-up consultations and applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate product and application knowledge to guests.
Ability to maintain calm demeanor in all situations, stay organized and provide timely treatments.
Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment criminal background check, physical and drug screening.
