Well the craziness of the Spring Market is in full bloom! Lots of activity with motivated buyers out looking. I am still seeing low inventory across the area and across price ranges. This is translating into lots of buyers trying to pick from the few homes for sale. The well priced homes in good condition are now selling fairly quickly and sometimes seeing multiple offers.
If you are thinking of selling your homethis Spring,I would advise you to get your home on the market as soon as possible. Normally the Spring market is over by the third week in June when activity slows for the Summer but it may continue into July this year since we had such a late start to the Springmarket. Zillow: Buying a Home Beats Renting After 2 Years

Zillow's break-even horizon analysis came to an interesting conclusion: in half of U.S. metros, buying a home is a better financial decision than renting for buyers intending to stay in their home at least two years. The company's analysis includes all costs associated with buying versus renting, including upfront payments, closing costs, anticipated monthly rent and mortgage payments, taxes, utilities, maintenance, and renovation costs.
