BOARDING POLICY

§  We are now exclusively offering boarding for pets of our select clients.

§  All clients are required to read and sign the boarding admitting form.

§  All dogs must have current immunizations against Rabies, Distemper, Parvo Virus, and Bordetella.

§  All cats must have current immunizations against Rabies, Feline Distemper, Rhinotracheitis, and Calici Virus.

§  All animals must have had a fecal examination for internal parasites within the last 2 months. If your pet has not had a negative fecal exam in the last 2 months, we will run a fecal exam and de-worm accordingly if there are positive results while your pet is boarding with us, assuming a fecal is provided in that time frame. Fecal exam and de-worming, if necessary, will be at owner’s expense.

§  All dogs must be up to date on our heartworm preventative program; tested every year if on medication seasonally or tested every 3 years if on medication year round.

§  All animals must be free of external parasites (fleas & ticks) when admitted for boarding, or must be treated upon admission at owner’s expense.

§  We recommend that you put a collar and I.D. tags on your pet while they are staying with us.

§  A cleansing bath is optional while boarding, when time permits.

§  Any animal that requires emergency or immediate veterinary attention will receive it at the owner's expense.

§  An emergency telephone number must be left with the clinic.

§  There is a $11.00 fee for once or twice daily injections when required and there is a $7.00 daily fee for oral medications. If medication is needed three times a day an additional $16.00 is added.

§  Pick up times will be during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:45pm and Saturday 8:00am – 11:45am. If picked up before noon Monday there will not be a charge for Monday.

§  I understand that full payment is due at time of pick up.
