1.0 Logging In:

To login to My Coyote Self-Service web site:

  1. Type your My Coyote Id in the My Coyote ID text box.
  2. Type your Password in the Password text box and
  3. Select the sign in button.

2.0 Navigate to the Student Center Self-Service web site and Student Center Self-Service web site Overview:

To navigate to the My Coyote Student Center Self-Service web site;

Select the Student Center link after logging in MyCoyote.

Inside the Student Center web site there are three sections:

  1. Academics section,
  2. Personal Information section and
  3. The Finances Section

3.0 View My Grades Inside the Academic Section:

The Academic Section provides links to view your class schedule, add a class, drop a class and see your grades by term.

To View My Grades:

1. Select Grades link form the Academic Section in the Student Self-Service web site.

2. To select an academic term from the list, select the Continue button.

3.The current institution and selected year grade report is displayed.

a)Inside the Grade Report the first table shows:

i. Course (subject and course number)

ii. Course Name

iii. Official Grade

iv. Units

b)The second table shows both current and cumulative points for:

  1. Units in progress - GPA

ii. Units taken toward GPA

iii.Units taken not toward GPA

iv.Units passed toward GPA

v.Grade points

vi. Current GPA

4. Select change term to view your grades for another quarter.

  1. Select an academic term from the academic term list select the Continue button.

  1. Another Grade Report displays.

  1. Select the Cancel button to return to the previous page (View My Grades page).

  1. Select the Printer Friendly Version button to print out your grades.

  1. To return to the student center select Student Center in the navigation box.
