BIKE BORN SNATCHER ARRESTED BY PS NAND NAGRI
The staff of PS Nand Nagri has arrested one Snatcher namely Jonty @ Vikas @ Vicky and recovered two stolen motorcycles & three stolen Gold chains from his possession and worked out five cases of Snatchings and one case of M.V. Theft.
BRIEF FACTS
During last few days the incidents of Snatchings were increasing in and around the area of Nand Nagri. To curb this menace a team consisting Inspr. Sanjay Nagpal, SI Vijay Kumar, ASI Rampal, HC Anil Kumar, Ct. Sonu and Ct. Amit, was constituted under the supervision of ACP/Seema Puri Shri A.K. Lall and SHO/Nand Nagri Shri Satish Sharma. The team collected and compiled the data of different criminals and started to keep watch on them. In this process informers were also deployed. On 8.8.09 the members of the team were patrolling the area and were conducting vehicle checking for such task near 212 Bus Stand Nand Nagri. At about 3.15 p.m. one motorcycle rider without helmet tried to escape on seeing the police party. But SI Vijay Kumar along with other staff apprehended that rider alongwith motorcycle no. DL 5SZ 3809. On enquiry his name revealed as Jonty @ Vikas @ Vicky S/o Bijender and on verification the said motorcycle was found stolen from the area of PS Mansarovar Park, Delhi vide FIR no. 277/09 u/s 379 IPC PS Mansarovar Park, Delhi. On this the said motorcycle was taken into police possession and the accused Jonty @ Vicky @ Vikas was arrested u/s 41.1(d) CrPC and further investigation was taken up by SI Vijay Kumar.
On further interrogation he disclosed that on this stolen motorcycle he used to commit snatching of gold chain along with his real brother Aakash and other associates Vipin @ Rocky and Gulshan etc. He has confessed to have committed about 55 incidents of snatchings in the area Rajouri Garden, Raghubir Nagar, Model Town, Sarai Rohilla, Timar Pur, Majnu Ka Tilla, Seema Puri, Mansarovar Park etc. On sustained interrogation it was found that accused Jonty @ Vicky @ Vikas is active member of Rocky Gang who was arrested by the police of PS Nand Nagri on 2.6.09. Rocky @ Vipin has also been arrested in MCOCA case of PS Maurya Enclave, Delhi.
During further investigation on 9.8.09 three stolen Gold chains and one more stolen motorcycle no. DL 9SP 3398 were also recovered on the instance of accused Jonty @ Vicky @ Vikas.
PERSON ARRESTED AND HIS PROFILE
1. Jonty @ Vicky @ Vikas S/o Bijender R/o H. No. C-1/323, Nand Nagri, Delhi. Aged 20 years.
He is a very desperate snatcher. Till now he has only been arrested in 3 cases of Snatchings of PSs Shahdara. He is the member of the gang of Vipin @ Rocky, who is involved in more than 18 cases of Snatchings etc. Vipin @ Rocky has also been arrested in a MCOCA
case of PS Maurya Enclave, Delhi. Accused Jonty @ Vicky @ Vikas has confessed to have committed about 50-60 incidents of snatchings in the area Rajouri Garden, Raghubir Nagar, Model Town, Sarai Rohilla, Timar Pur, Majnu Ka Tilla, Seema Puri, Mansarovar Park etc. Jonty’s real brother Aakash and another associate Gulshan have recently been arrested by Sahibabad police for the offence of Snatching etc.

AUTOLIFTER AND BANGLADESHI ARRESTED BY PS NAND NAGRI
The staff of PS Nand Nagri has arrested one Autolifter namely Nitesh @ Pradeep and recovered two stolen motorcycles from his possession and worked out two cases of M.V. Theft. Apart from this another team of PS Nand Nagri has also apprehended five citizens of Bangladesh staying in the area of PS Nand Nagri without any valid document.

At about 3.40 p.m. one motorcycle rider without helmet tried to escape on seeing the police party. But ASI Rampal along with other staff apprehended that rider namely Nitesh Kumar @ Pradeep along with motorcycle no. DL 5SU 3628. On verification Motorcycle’s real number revealed as DL 7S AM 7592, which was found stolen vide FIR no. 299/09 u/s 379 IPC PS Bhajan Pura, Delhi. Hence accused Nitesh Kumar @ Pradeep was arrested u/s 41.1(d) CrPC and the stolen motorcycle was taken into police possession. Further investigation was taken up by ASI Rampal. On sustained interrogation he confessed to have committed 2/3 other thefts of Motorcycles and on his instance the police team one more motorcycle no. DL 5SW 8186 with fake number plate of DL 5SW 3168 which was found stolen vide FIR no. 182/09 u/s 379 IPC PS Shahdara, Delhi.
PERSON ARRESTED AND HIS PROFILE
1. Nitesh Kumar @ Pradeep S/o Sushil Kumar R/o H. No. 707/30 Gali no. 14, Adarsh Mohalla, Maujpur, Delhi. Aged 23 years.
He studied upto 12th class pass. He has been arrested first time. Earlier he has worked with a Recovery Agency for 6/7 months where he used to re-possess the vehicles on behalf of ICICI & HDFC banks. His job was discontinued due to some reasons and due to hardships he started stealing motorcycles but before disposing them off he was apprehended. Total two stolen motorcycles have been recovered from his possession.

FIVE BANGLADESHI APPREHENDED
In another incident during Tenant Verification drive HC Brahm Prakash, Ct Devender Kumar and Ct. Rajeev of PS Nand Nagri apprehended five citizens of Bangladesh staying in the area of Nand Nagri without valid documents. Their names are Noor Mohd., Mohd. Enu @ Rafiq, Badal Matber, Najma and Joolie. Mohd. Enu @ Rafiq has also been found involved in a case of cheating vide FIR no. 352/08 u/s 420/34 IPC PS Badarpur, Delhi. They were detained and were handed over to Bangladeshi Cell/North-East Distt. and process to deport them to Bangladesh has been initiated.

DREADED GANGSTER OF NAIM @ PAHLWAN GANG ARRESTED, WANTED IN MURDER & DACOITY CASES
With the arrest of Imran @ Nadeem S/o Jahir Ahmed R/o Village Jhinjana, Mohalla Shyam Barik, District Muzafar Nagar, U.P. aged 27 years, staff of PS Shahdara North-East District, has arrested the dreaded gangster of Naim Pehlwan Gang. He was wanted in murder case of PS Seelam Pur and dacoity case of PS New Mandi, Muzafar Nagar, U.P.
INCIDENT:- On 3.8.08, Irshad, Chaku Baaz was murdered in his house by Sabir Chaudhary and his associates because his younger brother Samim Buraf wala was murdered by 4 gangsters in July 2008, in which 2 gangsters were murdered at the spot and Irsad Chaku Baaz had run away from the spot. Therefore, the planning of murder of Irshad Chaku Baaz was prepared under the leadership of Sabir Chaudhary in the house of Sufi Kalva. On 3.8.08, Irshad Chaku Baaz was murdered in his house by Sabir Chaudhary, Sufi Kalva, Sakti @ Chotu, Sahadat, Inaam, Akram Kana, Rehmat Passa, Mehfues @ Bobby, Munir, Azad and Imran @ Nadim. Hence, a case vide FIR No.297/08 dated 3.8.08 u/s 147/148/149/302/452/ 120-B was registered in PS Seelam Pur. The accused persons were arrested but despite sincere efforts Sahadat, Imran @ Nadim and Rehmat Passa could not be arrested.
INTERROGATION:- On dated 8.8.09, on specific information, a trap was laid down in the area of Kardam Puri and the accused Imran @ Nadim was arrested. On his interrogation, it came to notice that Imran @ Nadim is also wanted in a Dacoity case of PS New Mandi, Muzafar Nagar vide FIR No.09/08 u/s 395 IPC and the accused Imran @ Nadim is not appearing in Courts, in the cases in which he has been arrested previously.
TEAM:- A team consisting of Inspector Ombir Singh, SI Jai Bhagwan, ASI Prem Pal, ASI Shivji Singh, HC Pramod, HC Ashok, Ct. Deepak, Ct. Pradeep, Ct. Amar Pal, Ct. Virender and Ct. Ravi Pal was constituted under the close supervision of SHO/Shahdara Inspr. Ishwar Singh Malik and ACP/Shahdara, Sh. Bir Singh to apprehend this dreadly gangster.
PROFILE:- Imran @ Nadim is a fourth class pass and previously involved in other 2 cases of murder and Gunda Act in U.P. He is having 7 brothers and sisters. He joined Naim Gang through Sahadat for monetary gains.

FRIEND TURNED KILLER APPREHENDED
With the arrest of following two persons namely:-
1. Anil Kumar Aggarwal s/o Gokul Chand r/o B-1/393,394, New Kondli, Near Old Shiv Temple, Delhi.
2. Ajay Kumar s/o Late Sh. Prempal r/o Vill- Nawabganj Nagaria, PS Sikanderpur Base, Distt- Badaun (Uttar Pradesh)
Special Staff of East District solved the Sensational kidnapping cum Blind Murder of New Ashok Nagar in which a married young businessman was found missing since 25.07.09. Efforts were made to trace the missing/kidnapped businessman namely Sanjeev Kumar Sharma s/o Mahaveer r/o A-2/202, New Kondli, Delhi. Case FIR No. 265 /09 u/s 365 IPC PS New Ashok Nagar was registered in this regard.
TEAM:
After detailed local inquiry at New Ashok Nagar and through the call details of mobile phone of victim Sanjeev Sharma, the team of Special Staff came to know that on the date of missing i.e. 25/07/09 he was in regular touch with his business friends namely Anil Kumar Aggarwal and Pradeep Kumar. The team under the supervision of Insp. Rajesh Kumar comprising of SI. Vinay Yadav, HCs Manoj, Sudeshpal, Praveen, Shashikant, CTs. Shyam Singh, Yashveer and Kanwarpal along with SHO/New Ashok Nagar Subhash Thukral, Insp. Rajesh and SI Dharampal did painstaking efforts to trace the victim and interrogated Pradeep and Anil at length.
INTERROGATION:
After thorough interrogation on 09/08/09, Anil Aggarwal disclosed that he had incurred losses in his business and was in dire need of money. For smooth of running of his business and to meet his loses he had borrowed a large sum of money from the victim Sanjeev who was running a finance business. After some time Sanjeev started asking for his money back from Anil. When Anil did not comply with, Sanjeev started mounting pressure in all possible manners on Anil . To get rid of the situation Anil hatched a plan to kill his friend Sanjeev. On 25.07.09 he called Sanjeev at Mangal Bazar chowk , New Kondli , on pretext of returning a part of the borrowed money . He took Sanjeev in his Maruti Car A-Star DL-7C-K-2920 along with his employees Dharmender and Ajay Kumar. They went to Noida and offered cold drink with whisky to Sanjeev. Ajay who had already bought two strips of drugging tablets mixed 10 tablets in the drink of the victim .When Sanjeev became unconscious Ajay and Dharmender strangulated him inside the car. Later on they dumped his body near Sec 88 Noida. On enquiry from concerned PS Kotwali Phase 2 Noida it came to notice that a dead body was found on 26/07/09 , the photograph of dead body was resembled as of deceased Sanjeev Kumar. Anil paid Rs 15,000/- to Dharmender and Ajay for committing this murder. Raids were conducted and Ajay was arrested , the mobile phone of deceased was recovered from his possession. The Maruti Car A-Star has also been recovered . Third accused Dharmender is absconding .

2. Ajay Kumar s/o Late Sh. Prempal r/o Vill- Nawabganj Nagaria, PS Sikanderpur Base, Distt- Badaun (Uttar Pradesh) Aged 30 Years married and a auto driver by profession in Noida.
The police team is being suitably rewarded.
