PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1 / To provide administrative support to the Camden Primary Care Navigation Service Team and the corresponding manager.
2 / To implement administrative procedures and systems within the team as directed by the Care Navigation Manager.
3 / To contribute to the development and maintenance of efficient and effective administrative processes across the Care Navigation Service.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1 / To provide appropriate administrative support to the team as directed by the Manager.
2 / To ensure, in conjunction with the Manager, effective implementation and development of administrative systemsfor support the smooth running of the the Service including the maintenance of the client filing systems and the databases.
3 / To establish and maintain adequate recordsas required.
4 / To provide and collect and inputstatistical and monitoring information asrequired.
5 / To provide reception cover when needed in keeping with operational priorities.
6 / To take responsibility for booking rooms,taking minutes and coordinating service meetings as required.

7 / To attend working groups and staff meetings as determined by the Manager.
8 / To maintain/keep in order and keep stocked resource information, application forms, claim forms, and stationery as required in the Team.
9 / To assist the Team in promotional work, e.g. staffing information stalls with others, preparation of promotional materials.
10 / To liaise with clients to collect service level outcomes on a regular basis as per project requirements.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1 / To attend regular supervision with the line manager.
2 / To attend fortnightly Team meetings and other meetings as appropriate as required.
3 / Occasional after-hours work may be required, for which Time Off In Lieu will be given.
4 / Under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated guidance, it is the duty of all staff while at work to take adequate care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
