INVESTIGATOR PROFILE AND SIGNATURE

Principal Investigator: I have read and agree to adhere to the policies as outlined in the Faculty of Education

Guidelines for University Research Grants. I also understand that should I have insufficient expenses to cover the value of this grant or should the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) find any portion of the grant not to be acceptable, that I alone will be held responsible to CRA for payment of appropriate taxes.

Non-sabbaticant only: I will allocate time from my normal responsibilities as agreed with my Dean in order that I may complete this research activity. When not on sabbatical or study leave, the amount of the research grant should be reasonably commensurate with the value of the reduction in the non-specific research component and/or teaching activities of the faculty member's normal responsibilities.
