Q1.Activities reflecting the goals and objectives of the college?

Description: Rani Bhagyawati Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Bijnor holds a very reputed position among the various higher educational institutes at Bijnor. The college has well defined goals and objectives in imparting quality education to its students in order to make them well disciplined and competent. The college organizesseveral curricular and extra curricular activities like debate competition, essay writing competition, story-writing,poem recitation, exhibition, singing competition, floor decoration, poster making competition etc to get their aim to make them able to crack their own built nutshelland also provides students a platform for their overall development. The college provides an excellent academic atmosphere and make them able to secure position in university every year. The college also provides value based education and uses technology in imparting education to achieve their goals and objectives. College not only provides conducive environment to the students but also for the teachers for their personal as well as professional growth for ensuring above activities.College takes feedback on yearly basis to know weather the goals and objectives are fulfilled or not.

Description:At college level, there is no authority to any teacher to frame or modify the curriculum or syllabus of different UG and PG classes. However, college regularly sent suggestions to BOS-Board of Studies at University on yearly basis through proper channel. Dr.Vidushi Bharadwaj, Principal of our college incorporates her effective suggestionsand valuable action plans for the welfare of the college. In the years 2016-2017 Dr. Savita Mishra, member, Board of Studies also designs effective plans for the welfare of the college. Curriculum transaction is very efficient and effective by use of innovative methods of teaching. Power point presentation, transparencies, demonstration, social-sites, videos etc are used in delivering lectures.Dr. Zakiya Rafat, Associate Prof Sociology, member Board of Studies during the session 2017-2018 attained a meeting of Board of Studies at M.J.P.R.U. Bareilly .

Q4.Inter disciplinary programmes started?

Description:BCEP- Basic Computer Education Programme is running successfully in college since last 6 years The main purpose of this programme is to make aware every student with advancement of present scenario of technology. Inter disciplinary lecture also started department wise to maintain discipline in college and also to improve students as a disciplined person. College has also its IGNOU centre in which several students pursue diploma or certificate courses simultaneously along with their degree programmes. Apart from this spoken and personality development classes also run for P.G. students. From the current session 2017-2018 every department also conduct inter-disciplinary lectures on value education and disciple for the moral development of the students on weekly basis.

Description:Unit-Test is implemented at college level and college takes its term test on regular basis. However, all the examination duties shifts, issuing of answer sheet etc are all computerized and checked manually.

Description:College encourages the faculty members to attained seminars, conferences, workshops, orientation programmes and refresher courses to enhance their knowledge. Description:RBD Mahila Mahavidyalaya organizes a number of community services in the form of visits to religious places, old age home community places and field trips. College also organizes several rallies time to time like AIDS awareness rally, Voting right rally, Save girl child women empowerment etc in the community to aware citizens about the existing phenomenon. The regular extension programmes are conducted for the students to acquire an attitude for social services. These programmes are monitoredby programme officers who are members of the teaching faculty designated with additional responsibilities by the college.

The college has regular extension programme under the NSS, skill development scheme (SDS) for the students to acquire an attitude of social services. NSS cell organised one day camp on Energy Saving, Health Day ,Cleaning Day and Water Conservation to motivate villagers.

Description:Centre of e-learning has been established in college in 2010. Students have free access to all books in the library. The college campus is Wi-Ficonnectedso that students cansearch their study material using computers in the library. Photostat- machine is also in library for the convenience of students. CCTV cameras are always in active mode in library as well as in whole campus. In the session 2017-2018 college started to provide manual library cards to all the students and e-cards too.

Thenfeedback is properly analysed and corrective measures are taken. Department of Physical Education & Department of Urdu took feedback from the students regarding teaching and learning process.

As per MJPRU, Bareillyguidelinesregistration for each 1st year student and examination form for each course will be filled online only. College provides free registration facility for this purpose to all the new students.
