Instructional Delivery

Describe the procedure fully giving a step-by-step sequence of how you will deliver the lesson.

  1. Pre-preparation:
  2. Turn on computer during homeroom. Load presentation and test projector to make sure systems are working properly.
  3. Have necessary copies prepared.
  4. Obtain list of absentees.
  1. Arrival:
  2. I will ask students initiate their classroom expectations. Students should be working on vocabulary words in chapter 4 and or reading the next section to get ahead.

  2. Why does not Canada belong to France and the Native American’s today?
  1. Explore (10 minutes): I will have students examine a Native American Tomahawk.

  1. Elaborate:Ask students if they believe what will happen to American colonies after the victory?
  1. Conclusion: Today we have learned the French and Indian War. Combining the experiences of the Enlightenment period, with the Great Awakening and the War, we will now look to see how America is on the road to independence.
  2. Thank everyone for their hard work.
