C –WHAT IS THE TIMELINE

What is the timeline for this project and is it related to other projects and their timelines?

D – WHERE ARE THE RESOURCES

Are there any existing materials (internal or external) or other resources we can leverage? Content that the requester produced, CHEX modules, Teaching sheets, maxiSHARE products, CHHS modules andPolicy and Procedures? Have any of these resources been reviewed?
E – OBJECTIVE
What is/are the objective(s) of the project? Is it a new process or upgrade/replacement process? What outcome are you hoping to achieve from this learning?
F – AUDIENCE(S)
Who is the target audience? How many? What are the time constraints of the audience?
G - TASK ANALYSIS
What new steps are required or what steps need to be changed? All CHHS or entity/unit specific?
H – TRAINING/DELIVERY
Why is your request to create an online solution? Is this training related to application of critical thinking skills? Emotionally charged? Background information? Update of current practice? Is there a hands-on element and/or competency check off? Background knowledge?
I - CHANGE MANAGEMENT
To what degree will audiences embrace/resist changes associated with the project and how will any resistance be handled?
J - FOLLOW-UP/MAINTENANCE
Is there any expectation of or need for formal evaluations of the ability of the audience(s) to apply what they learned in training? How often should this content be reviewed and who/role?
K – NEXT STEPS/COMMUNICATION
Who is handling communication associated with the project? What kind of communication planning and deliverables do we need?
