The Textiles Monitoring Body has received a notification from Egypt pursuant to Articles2.8(b) and 2.11.

The TMB, in accordance with Article2.11, is circulating this notification to WTO Members for their information.

The Permanent Mission of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the United Nations Office, the World Trade Organization and Specialized Agencies at Geneva presents its compliments to the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization (Central Registry of Notifications), and has the honour to enclose the Notification of Egypt concerning StageIII of the integration of tops and yarns, fabrics, clothing and made-up textile products pursuant to Articles2.8(b) and 2(11) of the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing (ATC).

It would be highly appreciated if this notification be also forwarded to the Textiles Monitoring Body (TMB).

The Permanent Mission of Egypt would like to avail itself of this opportunity to renew to the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization (Central Registry of Notifications) the assurances of its highest consideration.
