Outline application for erection of 9 detached dwellings and garages including new access on approx. 0.91 ha of land (All matters received) (being resubmission of application refused under ref: 14/2823/OUT on 07.04.2015) Land on the East Side of New Field Road, Hatfield

Observations: The access/egress at the junction of High Street, Hatfield, the quality of existing drainage systems to cope, a complete hedgerow may be removed. The development is not in keeping with the surrounding area.

15/1766/FUL

Erection of first floor extension and alterations over existing dwelling and single storey garden room including (retrospective, being amendment to application 14/0071/FUL granted 07/03/14. Darrygene, Briars Farm House, Low Levels Bank, Hatfield.

Observations: Not in favour of Retrospective applications.

15/1808/FUL

Erection of one single storey dwelling. The Gatehouse, Manor Road, Hatfield.

Observations: The access/egress, it is in a conservation area, recommend a tree survey be carried out.

15/1743/COU

Change of use of agricultural land to lake (Retrospective). Land at Hale Hill Lake, Hatfield Woodhouse.

Observations: It is a retrospective application and this is agricultural land.
