Offer for WinUbro Salt Cavern Modeling Software
CHEMKOP's offer consists in selling a license to use by the XXX Company the computer software package WinUbro (UBROASYM for Windows).
The package, which models asymmetrical leaching of salt caverns along with an analysis of sonar measurement results and graphical utilities, is operating in the WINDOWS 98/2000/NT/XP environment on a Pentium PC and supports modeling using 16 azimuthal sectors, and hydraulic pressures calculations.
The conditions of the offer are as follows :
1.Licence for the XXX Company to use the software package WinUbro , is offered in two price options :
- the site license (allows to install the software on more than one computer at the XXX Company office in one location) - at the price of Euro 22 000.-
- or, the world-wide license, that allows to install the software on more than one computer at the enterprises belonging to XXX Company in different locations - at the price of Euro 25 000.-
2.English is the language of the software communication. The Client will obtain also the English-language documentation, in the form of a user's manual (in printed and in .pdf file form). The software disks and User's Manual will be mailed by post.
3.The license includes 2 year free service for reasonable enhancements with upgrading to the latest version developed for other users. After two free years, the annual fee for these services (if ordered) is 5% of the license price - i.e. 1 100 or 1 250 Euro.
4.If the Client is interested in training his personnel in handling the WinUbro software, Chemkop will run a few-days long training session in XXX Company or elsewhere, instructed by the authors of the software. The costs of travel, hotel accommodation and per diem of the training experts are to be additionally covered by the Client as per actual expenses. If the training will last no longer than 3 days, the Client will not cover additionally the costs of the training experts work (it is included in the license price).
5.The customer support and service will be given by e-mail, phone or fax.
6.Payment terms and conditions:·100% - upon delivery the software package.
7.Time of delivery 2 weeks after obtaining the formal order.
