Sorry This Has Taken Me So Long to Send to You but We Have Had a Couple of Bereavements

Sorry this has taken me so long to send to you but we have had a couple of bereavements in the family in the past 5 weeks but am now back on track!

I attach all of the information you need for the South Essex Open Feis. As you are aware, this will also be the official qualifiers for the CRG World Championships for October 2016 which is a fantastic opportunity for you all to attend a brilliant weekend and a chance for all dancers whether Primary, Intermediate or Open, to have a ‘bash’ at a World title! It’s a great organisation too and everyone who dances at the South Essex Open Championships, will be extremely welcome by Linda and her team in 2016.

All entries are to be in by 7th November 2015. Cheques made payable to MARIA MAJKO-McIVER, or if you wish to do a bank transfer, then please contact me for details.

I have probably not invited everyone that I could have as I don’t have everyone’s address, so if you know anyone who may be interested in attending then please give them my details and I will send them information!

Entry on door is £5.All children/dancers free. Everyone will require a wristband.

We aim to start the feis at 8.45am, opening the doors at 8.15am due to not being in the hall until 7am and we have the hall until 10pm so hopefully, like last year, we will be finished by 7pm! This will give you all time to get your takeaways when you get home!!!! There will be no breaks throughout the day and the adjudicators will get their lunches during results.

There is full kitchen facilities so hot and cold food will be available. There is also a town/seaside resort close by if you wish to take a break! There will also be a bar available in the evening for a couple of hours only. There will be raffles, Georgielocks dancewear, photos etc.
