Notice of Pre-tournament meetings

Tournament Rules Review Workgroup

Any interested 2014 team captain or 2014 player may attend this workgroup meeting to discuss changes to this year’s tournament rules.The workgroup is also charged with developing at minimum of two options for tournament divisions, based upon expected number of teams.This is the only place where the discussion about changes to this year’s rules and tournament configuration will happen.Recommendations from this workgroup will be forwarded to the team captains for a vote.

If you want to make changes to this year’s tournament, you should plan on being at this meeting to bring your suggestions and comments!

Come at 5pm to pick up your sandwich and get settled. We will start the meeting at 5:15pm.

This is a mandatory meeting (team captain or designee required to attend).This is the meeting where we review and vote on the recommended changes to the tournament rules (per above), review and vote on which tournament configuration we want,select the tournament logo and team t-shirt colors.
