Dear Student,
It is hereby informed that the II and III Year MBA (3 Year Programme) Examinations were proposed to be held during the month of October / November, 2013 for D.D.E. students (including Supplementary candidates) and the detailed schedule of examinations will be intimated in due course. The candidates are requested to send the filled in examination application along with examination fee paid by way of DDE - Online Challan “D-Challan” under S.No. J) DDE-Examination Fee payable at Andhra Bank A/c No.103210100020302 (or) State Bank of India A/c No.31573987253. The filled in application should be sent to the Director, Directorate of Distance Education, S.V. University, Tirupati.
The Fee particulars, last dates for payment of Examination fee are mentioned below :

The last date for receipt of filled in examination application without fine is 18-09-2013.
The examination applications received after 18-09-2013 for II and III Year MBA course will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected.
Please furnish all the information required in the Examination application. Insufficient information in the application will be rejected.
The DDE Code Number (Identify Card Number) including batch should be furnished at the top of the front page of the examination application and on the reverse (back side) of the Challan also.
For II Year Students :
Those students who have not yet paid the II Year Term fee should pay an amount of Rs.8,800/- by way of DDE ON-LINE Challan of State Bank of India / Andhra Bank, SV University, Tirupati. The Challan should be sent along with a covering letter duly furnishing the details, i.e. Code Number, Name of the candidate, Course, Nature of Fee on the reverse side of the On-line challan and also enclose the elective option form for the II Year (which is already supplied to him/her for choosing the subjects) and send the same in duplicate along with DDE On-line challan, so as to enable this office to issue study materials.
For III Year Students :
Those students who have not yet paid the III Year Term fee should pay an amount of Rs.8,800/- by way of DDE ON-LINE Challan of State Bank of India / Andhra Bank, SV University, Tirupati. The Challan should be sent along with a covering letter duly furnishing the details, i.e. Code Number, Name of the candidate, Course, Nature of Fee on the reverse side of the On-line challan and also enclose the elective option form for the III Year (page No.72 of Hand Book which is already supplied to him/her for choosing the subjects) and also send the Project Work Title duly filling the page No.132 of the Hand Book (3copies) and send the same along with DDE On-line challan, so as to enable this office to issue study materials.

Those who are registered for II Year MBA Programme and paid examination fee are alone eligible for III Year MBA Programme and to write the examination.

1. The Previous Exam Hall-Ticket Number should be furnished if already once appeared.
2. Other than SVU Graduates should submit their Original Degree and Original Migration Certificate along with the Examination application. They need not send any Marks Statements & Provisional Certificates.
3. S.V.U. Graduates are required to send only Xerox Copy of their Lower Degree (Convocation) Certificate (both sides) duly attested by the Gazetted Officer.
4. Students are required to enclose 3 Self Addressed Stamped envelopes of Rs.5/- each to the application.
5. Candidates should collect their Hall-Tickets two days before the commencement of the examinations from the DDE Office.
6. The III Year MBA Students are hereby informed to send their PROJECT REPORTS (TWO COPIES) on or before 16-09-2013 to the Director, Directorate of Distance Education, S.V. University, Tirupati.
7. Applications received after the due date will summarily be rejected.

9. Examination fee paid by way of E-Challan will NOT BE ACCEPTED at any cost.
