Project Fair!
Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 6:00-7:30 pm
In the Brighton Memorial Library Learning Center
Students will have an opportunity to enter their work in an exhibition for families and friends to view and receive a certificate of achievement.
Light refreshments will be served.

All ages and abilities are welcome to display a project. Any topic/subject of interest is open to explore (within appropriate reason).
You must register for the Project Fair to ensure a reserved space!
Registration must be received by Friday, May 25, 2018!
Space is limited to the Friends of BML Learning Center. You will be provided with a 2½-foot section of a banquet table to display your project. If you require access to an electrical outlet or any special set-up accommodations, please note that in the entry form. You are responsible for providing all the ancillary materials necessary (i.e. extension cords, laptop, etc).
Your project may be dropped off and set-up at the library during our regular hours on the day of the Project Fair: Wednesday, June 13, 2017 between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm. Please see the Children’s Librarian when dropping off your project for access to the room. All projects need to be set up in the Learning Center by 5:30 pm. Doors will open to the public promptly at 6:00 pm.
There are two ways to enter the Project Fair: Individual Project or Group/Family Project. If there are multiple children in the family doing individual projects, copy/paste and fill out an entry for each child. Please copy/paste the form text into an e-mail, fill out all the information requested, and send to . You may also hand in a paper copy to the Children’s Center librarian. This information will be used for our program, place cards, and certificates.
Reminders will be sent out to confirm your entry as well as leading up to the Fair date to provide any additional information and electric & printable invitations for you to send to family and friends.
