If an award is given, your acceptance indicates agreement to the following:
  • It will be used wholly for the purpose as outlined in your application;
  • If, at the time specified, you are unable to undertake the project, the Trustees must be informed and, by the Trustees decision, the whole or some specified part of the amount awarded will be returned by you;
  • Within two months of the completion of the project, please send a report from yourself to the Trustees indicating the achievements you have gained as a result of the grant.

Objects of the Charity
The Trustees apply the income of the Charity in the following order of priority:
  1. To provide at the St Oswald's Worleston Church of England Primary School special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the Local Education Authority.
  1. In promoting the education (including education in the doctrines of the Church of England and social and physical training) of persons who are in need of financial assistance:
    (a)who are attending the School;
(b)who have at any time attended the School;
(c)who are under the age of 25 and resident in theEcclesiastical Parish of St Oswald, Worleston.
