Discussion on Change Orders. Reviewed the drafts that Paula has provided for change orders #2 and #35. It was recommended that these be done expeditiously.
ACTION ITEM: Rosemary will send final drafts to NOWG prior to sending to FCC.

Discussion on Change Order #36. There was discussion on this maybe an opportunity for further development on a pass through process between the NANPA and the PA.

ACTION ITEM: Rosemary to send out draft recommendation on #36 and #2. Responses due back by noon ET tomorrow. Consensus will be via email.

Surveys:
Reviewed in entirety both the NANPA and PA surveys. Modifications made and changes accepted.
ACTION ITEM: Karen R. will send final drafts out by Noon ET Wednesday. Complete
ACTION ITEM: NOWG to review and submit and non-substantive changes by Thursday noon ET.
The surveys will be sent to the PA and NANPA and NARUC, Any comments are to be sent back to co-chairs within 10 days.
Final surveys will be presented at NANC in January for approval. They will be sent out prior to the January NANC meeting.
Agenda Schedule 2004:
November 18th – Call after NANPA call to review change orders 31-34.
November 19th – Work on Technical requirements of PA.
December 16th- - NOWG Meeting
December 17- NOWG meeting
Draft timeline for surveys/operational reviews-
January 24, 2005 - Surveys distributed
March 4, 2005 – Final date Surveys due back
Week of April 11, 2005 – face-to-face meeting with PA in Concord – Operational review
May 2, 2005-May 5, 2005 – afternoon May 2 starts face to face meeting in Denver for compilation of operational reviews.
June 27, 2005 – Review of operational review with PA/NANPA/FCC
July 19, 2005 – Present final report to NANC
